Our love is something different,
I'm glad it's like that,
Being apart was hard,
Even thou my heart went splat.

My heart was breaking,
Like you were slowly ripping it out,
It hurt, tried to stay strong,
My body became a drought.

I did what i could to help you,
To be there,
I hated every minute of it,
But hearing your voice, I knew you would stay.

I prayed, in my heart,
For you to be happy again,
I worried, that you would be for a while,
Today changed it all, no more pain.

You made me happy,
Made me laugh and smile,
Repaired my heart and soul,
The weekend was all worthwhile.
