What I Do In Class

Sitting in class
Many thoughts run through my mind
As people ask questions
And questions get answered
I sit here listening
But not many answers are coming in my head
I try and pay attention
But I sit here distracted
Thinking of things
That don't relate to anything
Yet they go on
While I sit here
Lost in my mind
Pondering about
Searching for answers
I sit here confused
Looking around
Writing this poem
Wondering about many things
In class this is what I do
At school where I should be paying attention
