The Drop Of Life

by Ashleigh Skye   May 2, 2006

Water,
it's all around us,
in every living thing,
flowing freely,
encasing the world.

Water,
I see it sparkling,
hear the music as it falls,
smell the life,
in every drop.

Water,
I taste the power,
it's sweetness on my lips,
feel it's strength,
as it grazes my skin.

Water,
it's presence is timeless,
it's simplicity beautiful,
it's reach,
knowing no bounds.
