Faith and Trust

My heart set aside for no other but you.
My mind says choose another but my heart remains true.
My eyes barely stray to others these days.
My ears hear no words of love though how I pray.
You say you won't hear my love no more.
I try to hear but you long ago showed me the door.
I still cherish the love that I thought made.
I'll cherish it forever like it had stayed.
I wish to God that you hadn't lost in us.
Because in our love I still did trust.
