My Love

by Alexander   May 2, 2006

Your skin glows like the Strawberry,
blossoms beautiful as the Rose,
in the purest hope of spring.
My heart follows your distant voice, and leaps like a Fox at the whisper of your name,
The evening floats in on a great Dove,
I am comforted by your handkerchief,
that I carry into the twilight of moonbeams,
and hold next to my heart.
I am filled with hope that I may dry your tears of life,
As my mind falls from my fantasies,
it reminds me of your eyes and lips,
In the quiet,
I listen for the last notes of music of the day,
My heated hand leaps to my chest, I wait in the moonlight,
for your secret kiss,
so that we may dance as one, hand to hand,
in search of the magnificent end,
and mystical secret of love...
