The Savior

by Priest   May 2, 2006

I took this knife
and stared shredding this worthless body
the carpet stained with the rapid red gore
it splattered more as I feel against the wall from hurting so much.
My eye flashed to the window, a glimpse of the last sunset I'd ever see.
It all went murky as I fell to the ground.
Hours, weeks, Years, who knew how long it was.
I thought I was dead, but you saved me from the dark, wicked, harm for the first time.
