Remember The Clown

by Wings Of Flames   May 2, 2006

The clown tripping up wards,
To entertain your thought,
Here she is to liven you,
Forgiveness not be sought,

The mask hiding her dismay,
Lips fold to a smile,
But inside her every thought,
Your not too long a while,

Tears should be drawn,
Down her rosy cheek,
But their lost within the show,
Have you let a clown speak?

I found today I ponder,
I am the clown,
I try so hard to breathe,
But I always seem to drown,

What did they do you ask?
Not 'they' at all,
One and only, it was you,
When I ran, you made me crawl,

But I'm not to drive a message,
Hate him he's to die,
Burden him with treachery,
Tell him every lie,

I'm asking you to take the time,
To read this through,
And then ask yourself,
What would happen, if it were you?

I had many thoughts driving through my head, when I wrote this.
But mostly I wanted someone to understand, even if it were only one.
