The hardest thing to say

Sometimes you find that what lies inside is the hardest thing to say
it could be what would end all hope
or what would make all your pain go away
those things inside
yeah they're always the hardest things to say

I'm trying really hard but i just cant do it
its not that i don't want to
believe me i do
but i cant because talking about means its there
and talking bout it means i care
