Meet again

It just proves no-one knows what is round the corner,
one minute you were here,
the next you were gone forever never to reappear,
I miss you more each day,
and i wish you didnt have to go away,
i wish i could see you again,
but knowing you are looking down on me helps to ease the pain,
i know we'll meet again one day,
and that makes me happier than i can ever say,
if only i had been given the chance to say goodbye,
but you were snatched away and that makes me cry,
but i know we'll meet again someday way up in the sky.
