I can feel this poem. I know exactly what you mean when you say that your sitting in the sunshine but still deep in the shadows. Very nice rythm. Theres always a new day behind a corner but you have to tell yourself that and let the past go.

I love the 2nd stanza of this poem, its so good, and the last stanza really finishes the poem of nicely. good stuff!
