The world is over as I fall asleep.
Saying good-bye, welcoming my dreams.
Entering momentary happiness.
Stopping the pain that fills my head.
Starting the love, for I won't feel a thing.
Not having to be someone else.
Because sleep brings upon a new me.
The stillness feels as if only a second.
For soon I will be awoken and lost once more. -
