It's the end of the day once again
And I'm on my knees saying Amen
But the rains still pouring down
Looks like today You left me here to drown
In this time of confusion and fear
Your voice comes to me almost to quite to hear
It's at times like this I realize
The dark, the Grey, Your seeming absence is all a disguise
Hell is all I feel and see
But You're actually so close to me
At my low points when I don't see You
Your presence is so near I gaze through
Sometimes that s just the way it goes
As I hit life's highs and lows
It's just something I need to bare in mind
When your presence is hard to find
When Your to close for me to see
That's when when You carry me
This is probably my favorite poem so far. I think it's so true!!
