Nightmare of darkness

Writhing and screaming
In painful agony
Losing all emotions
Filled with apathy
Screaming as darkness blinds the eyes
Living twisted in lies
Crimson stains upon the floor
The devil's sign etched in the door
Scars on the body
Keep thee awake
Covering up darkness
Proves thee a fake
Nightmares of darkness
Flood in the mind
Happy dreams are left behind
