I walk by everyday To try and summon up the courage Just to say hey Yet you walk by me As if I was air. I say to myself That she didn't hear me And that I'd try another day Yet you stay silent As if I wasn't there. Try and try again I suppose to try And get you to see me Yet you don't move As if you were a statue. Weeks go by seeing How time does fly Still believing that you'd say hi Yet you slip by As if you were tying to hide.
