Do you know what its like to feel a broken heart?
for someone to come along and tear it apart
how can so much pain come from one person only
to leave us hurt, sad and lonely

to me it just doesnt seem fair
that a person can cause too much pain to bear
why do we let ourselves dwell on that one
who decided breaking your heart must be done

dont let the one who treated you bad
be the reason that you wake up and act so sad
in a matter of time your heart will heal
for someone worthy to come by and steal
