Simple insight
A modern day
Upon this discovery
I now cast away
They all stare
And they regard
My life is in stead
But they think it so hard
Am I ashamed?
Nowhere near true
But don't they joke?
Yes, yes they do
But I am not phased
Nothing's set off
It's shrugged off my shoulders
With a glance and a scoff
And then I turn around
And I walk away
From this simple insight
On this old day
