Just a girl

by Bianca   May 6, 2006

I\'m just the girl you noticed at the gas station-
whose eyes screamed mercy for her soul-
the human trapped in her-
begged for your help-
but the monstor who cuts her,
held it all back-

I\'m just the girl who caught your eye at the red light-
who seemed to have all the confidence-
but the fear that resonated through her soul came through her eyes-
but the monstor who pollutes her body with drugs,
held it all back-

I\'m just a girl they will bury at 4:30 on a saturday afternoon,
who no one will ever know,
because the monstor stole her soul

Hide as we do ... never give up hope. Someone will be able to see beyond the eyes!
