Once I was happy as can be
But now I'm lost in the deep blue sea
Once I had a sweet smile
That could last awhile

Now, i walk across a path of darkness
Of complete emptiness
Once i thought i loved you
Each day, for you, it grew

You left me here in the dark
From you and I, used to see a spark
But that is all lost within time

Now i lay here where you left me

I feel the dark as it appears
