Its all changed

So some people are worse off than me
i understand that, but right now i feel that nothing else could go wrong
i have lost my best friend and its all my fault
my "friends" are against me because i share my feelings with a blade
i dont talk about things with my mum anymore
and I'm sick of school its a load of crap
everyones fake and not themselves am i the only one that sees that?
So i just wanna lie here on the floor
cut myself so deep it scars
then watch my blood run down my arm
hopefully one day il cut enough to kill
then all my problems will no longer fill.
