Hold Me Tight

Through the years
We loved and cared
Held eachother tight
And never compared

Took it slow
Tried not to rush
Holding eachother
Till the dusk of night

Looking you in the eyes
Our feelings confide
I ask you this
Upon a night so fine

Are you in a heavenly bliss?
Not sheading a tear
Or even a blink of an eye
You reply with nothing but a kiss

I take your hand
And hold you close
Point to the stars
And watch them glow

Kiss your neck
And say I love you so
Turn around
And feel profound

Holding eachother nice and tight
I give you a ring
And I hope you don't oppose
I feel like it just all flows

You look at me
And start to cry
Say I love you
And never want to subside

Kissing so hard
Like we were both pro's
Holding tight
Not wanting to let go

We start to walk
hand in hand
Stop and sit on a rock
Look at the stars and say,

"This night has gone
Just as planned."
