A child is always to young to decide yet ones who get left by parents are always makeing decisions yet always told they are wrong yet nobody is there for them they are left neglected by everyone the state says were here yet a child never finds the help so decisons are made and children are wrong yet we never truely help them so take a look at the adalt before judging a child
