I only had to read the first couple of lines to know that this was a good poem and worth reading. I know that we all try our best and write the best we can, but some of the stuff on the site is to be honest......shit. I know I shouldn't say that but it's true. But when I read this it was goooood. And I'm not just saying that because you commented on my stuff, I'm saying it was good because it IS good. And it is obviously from the heart, and it takes a lot to write stuff like that. Most of my stuff is written straight off the cuff with no thought to it at all. I'm not like you or tomothy R who can write emotional or love poems or whatever. I can't do it. Your poem is very good and should be, but will not be, voted on by the members of this site. I have had about 10,000 hits and have had about 20-30 comments and votes. That pisses me off. Anyway, I must staop ranting now because I've got to read more of your new stuff!!!!!!! Again, thank you for the comments, because like you, you know they are too far and between, and lets face it, all they have to do is vote 1-5, or if that is too much, they can comment and say that the poem was crap. keep in touch, jimbo.

Hi M. Though you prob don`t argree with me but I think this piece is faultless, which makes me both happy&sad. Happy because somewhere out there on this spinning ball I feel through your words I`ve connected with someone. A kindred spirit of a kind. And sad because I want some of your talent. I wanted to write a piece as well as yours. I hope in future you will continue to inspire and irritate me with your prose. Big smile.
