Unending quest

by Sandarva Giri   May 8, 2006

Every
new dawn
wee gleam
murmurs
with circulating agony
void stomach
stretched muscles
brutally raped tears
motivating and counselling
inert me
gearing up with hopes
turning every stones
of possibilities and probability
suddenly
time gallops.....
street comes up with lights
within hours
silence rules
dogs the undisputed heroes
prostitute seeking customer
moves along
everyone is home
where shall I ?
lying around
same horizon of time
with
exhausted thoughts
half-starved stomach
cramped muscles
unshed tears
they are like a sedative drugs
still I don't get a sleep
I have to resume
for another dream
for next new dawn .
