Fake Smiles

by Looking For Lyf In The Desert   May 9, 2006

That smile you keep to drear away from attention,
Is just used to hide away your frowns.
To hide your true feelings, so they are oblivious to the real world.
To difficult for the world to deal with,
So either you hide your frowns, or the world will hide you.
Hidden deep within your hearts, these feelings of hate,
Such a desire for death, torments your only sense of happiness.
The tragic thought that people wish they could really feel a smile,
Bottles the mind of those not so ignorant, nor naive.
So those of you carrying fake smiles,
Show your truth to those with open mind and ears,
So your heart can finally feel some love,
And the world can open it's virgin eyes to the truth,
And learn to accept it!
