I can say goodbye...

Happiness trickled slowly
Whilst pain poured into each day
My thoughts grew so depressive
It was a battle to live each day

I tried to kill myself its true
I strived to end my life
Thinking it was the only way
I struggled with that knife.

But today
I feel captivated, so inspired and free
I feel so much hope inside
Theres a future I can see

I found everything I ever wanted
By chance, I know it was fate
I found a cure to every pain
Every thing feels so great.

I will drown my depression in happiness
And never let it live again
I have so much beauty to live for
I can say goodbye to pain.
