to listen
to things
as simple as the rain
beating down on grass
and listen to one another

what they believe in
and giving every one a chance
and listen to what happens
when every one gives one another a chance
and listen to the peace
and love
and hope
and joy
and watch the people rejoice
they can live
no longer being afraid
if they will be here tomorrow
if the world will end the next day
if some one will decide
for the world as a whole
the faith of it
instead listen to what happens
when every one works together
and try to set it right
we all have to work together
