Saying bad things

This girl is my best friend how could I hurt her?
Looking back I am still not really sure
I just sat there as I watched her cry
She knew what I was saying wasnâ??t a lie
I really hurt her when I told her how I really feel
She didn\'t think that it was really real
I canâ??t believe I did it
I made her feel like shit
And I donâ??t feel good about hurting her
Before I said it I was sure
Now after I have said all of those things I want to take them back
