Stupid Cupid

My soul shakes and trembles,
everytime I see you,
you wretched ways,
I know what you can do.

At first so sweet and innocent,
but as time goes by,
you left me standing there,
Im about to die.

With no pitty you smile,
a gruesome glee,
I tried to save it,
one last plea.

It didnt work,
Im so stupid,
I swear to God almighty,
I hate the cupid.

Im still in love,
cant help it, its life,
hopefully this time,
it wont end in strife.
