Storm of emotions

So many things I am scared to say aloud,
Gathering within, my emotions, a dark and stormy cloud
This storm is brewing within my head
Never to be released not even when I am dead
Sleepless nights and floods of tears,
Thinking thoughts nobody hears,
Like; would anybody notice of care if I died?
Does anybody no how many times Ive really cried?
Through every night and every day
My thoughts remain depressing and grey,
Behind my smile is where I hide,
Never going to let anyone inside
