The other girl

by kayla massie   May 12, 2006

She takes a breath as she wipes her eyes
trying hard to realize
why he left her all alone
revealing a side he's never shown
she tries to get him off her mind
but the thought of him has her mesmerized
he calls her every now and then
just so they can reminisce
she hears a voice saying baby please
hang up the phone, spend time with me
she now knows why he left her world
he left her for the other girl
