Weeping Willow

by Blackhearted Elffairy   May 12, 2006

A weeping willow tree stands alone
Surrounded by statues made entirely of stone
All it sees are their lifeless eyes
Forming tales which are nothing but lies
Once in a while it would see a tear fall down
Or their mouths twitching to slight frowns
Weeping willow you're different from them all
you actually let your emotions fall
never keeping anything inside
there is nothing that you have to hide
Weeping Willow why are you surprised
That nothing around you has revived
Can't expect much when your surrounded by stone
Weeping Willow you stand alone
