I know how you feel.. my dad causes me so much pain.. not pyschical tho i'm surprised..i've never been good enough for him and i never feel loved..because of my dad i have no self esteem towards myself and i hope i'm not too late to tell this to you.. your parents aren't always right!! You sound like your going thro alot of pain and i know how that is.. but when your dad is mean to you dont take it to heart..tho its hard not to.. but try to smile and say i have people who love me i dont need him! Keep hangin in there babe.. you'll be rewarded for the good things you can do!
