The first time
i kissed a girl
i was 7 years old

it happened
behind the church
amongst the graves

we thought of
carving a tombstone
with our names

we didn't know
if our love would end
someday

we put silently
the dates of our birth
and exchanged our vows

i thought that on Sunday
the priest would celebrate the mass
and marry us

he just talked
about love and eternity
but kept secret our names

long after I shall be dead
some would notice
