A Best friend's vow
You know more then anybody that I’ve been hurt before
I said I’d never trust again but that just hurt even more
When I got to know you I realized exactly what you are
You’re the one I’ve been waiting for, finally here you are
And I realized you’re everything a best friend should be
You’re everything I needed; you’re the best friend for me
Now I regret every time when you called me your best friend
And I sat in silence not responding, scared that this might end
See every best friendship I’ve had has ended in crash and burn
And the thought of that happening to us makes my stomach churn.
But I’m not afraid anymore because you’re worth my every tear
And if something ever happens to us I’ll be dying till we’re clear
Because this, my dear is different then any friend I’ve had before
You’re my best friend, Nikki, and I couldn’t possibly love you more

    i really liked this poem it showed and it tought. it showed how inportant freinds r not only to u but to everybody, everybody has a friend i was really touched by this one. thank u so much for ur encourging words when i was going through a tough time ur awsome!!and i mean that keep up the good work ttyl and dont be a stranger5/5 always
