The Stranger

by TASI   May 15, 2006

I ran anxiously full of anger
When I collided with a stranger

Looked so kind looked so white
Turning me blind with his own bright light

Sorry he said with his friendly voice
Looked into my eyes, he had no choice

I stood there full of rage
Trapping my anger in a human cage

I viciously laughed at his apology
It was pathetic sounding like an eulogy

Staring at my arm he realized the bruise
I tried to hide it but I had no chance to choose

He grabbed my hand coming to my aid
Trying to help me get out of my miserable state

He watched as my wound was carved deep inside
Coming close to me whispered in my ear he'll stay by my side

I was astonished that no matter how the dark road will bend
He will always be there on every single end
