HE is There

Whenever you see a new born baby
Taking its first breath of air
That's a moment to remember
Because you know that God is there

Whenever you walk in the forest
The trees are tall and green
The world is beautiful and quiet
Something not always seen

And when you pass that new tree
With flowers blooming by the pair
You get the smell their first scent
And you know that God is there

Whenever you stare at the clouds
Lightly floating by
Creating days to be with your friends
Who make you laugh until you cry

And when you feel that slight breeze
Travel through your hair
You take a moment to yourself
And you know God is there

Whenever a dark passes over
And all you want to do is cry
When you feel alone in the world
And you want nothing more than to die
