Lilith... (Bedlam of Intimate Emotions)

*this poem skips around different feelings so it might not make exact sense...but thats how its suposed to be*

Lilith
Goddess of the Night
Lilith
Feministic Demon
Lilith...
You walk the streets
after the fading of light
selling your divine body
to the temptation of night.

Love
You can't feel it.
Love
You don't understand it.
Love
you think it costs a fee.
Love...
vast, indescribable
immense possibilities
from an eternity of passion
or throwing your life away
for the desire of the day.

The silhouettes of darkness
surround the strands of his eyes
the same sadness, agony and grief
that you see into the mirror
Every cold stale lonely morning.

Lilith...
Look how easily you gave in
sliding off your dress
even after he told you
It wasn't love...

Your heart has gone numb
blocking out the reality
of the agony it truly feels
Instead of filling it with truth
You lock it away with lust's key.

Holding back the excruciating feelings...
Recklessly forgetting your true soul...

You secretly want to feel
the grass beneath your paws
the wind through your fur
the air flowing through your lungs...
Every time you howl.
But theres still something...
Something missing
Something broken
Something forgotten
Something lost...

Lilith,
Never give in
to the caress
on your skin
these feelings
you cannot fight
you know your being deceived
You know soon he'll leave
but you still let him...

(whispers)
his hands upon your body
his lips caress your skin
his body against yours
his eyes captivating your soul...

(cries)
Why does your heart cry?
Why does your soul die?
Every time, Lilith
You look into his eyes.

Lilith,
You always give in
but as you surrender to him
pressed against the cold wall
all the guilt and shame...
will vanish at the wolves call.
Then you can finally escape
and run away from it all.

Lilith,
Goddess of the Night
Why does your heart cry?
Why does your soul die?
Every time, Lilith
You look into his eyes.

Lilith...why does your heart cry
Every time you look into his eyes
Every time you look into his eyes.
