Connect?

by Kari Nichols   May 17, 2006

We created a world no one could stand.
An internet connection to connect two hearts.
A mind sweep of possible ways to bring up the let down.
We've lost our way in the overblown bleaching light.
Dropping off what's above our heads.
A brain shattered into pin needles we use to sew our eyes closed.
We use them to tattoo our arms and legs with marks of
-Hope and Faith.
-Hurt and Misfortune.
-Love and Hate.
We've blown out any piece of truth that is left in us.
Borke it so it couldn't be fixed again.
Another Lost Cause.
