I am a Liar

by amandaa   May 18, 2006

I have a bubble
That you can't see.
Invisible,
It encircles me.

The boundary between honesty,
the truth, and lies.
And you'll never be able to tell.
Not even within my eyes.

I will open up
And I will let you in.
But only in so far,
Before the lies begin.

After time I'll fake a smile
And feed you my automatic lie
"I'm good"
"I'm great"
"I'm fine".
And I'll hide you from every
Feeling of mine.

Question why I do this
And you'll never get an answer.
for I don't have one
Because I don't
Know.
