Silently wishing

by Weltschmerz   May 19, 2006

The silence rushes towards the screaming
The water tries to hug the flames
The tears want to stop the weeping
And difference starts to feel the same

These words so futile, these words in vain
And I miss you

Silently staring, silently stopping the caring
Silently wishing you were here
Four hours gone, no lonesome tear
But a heart alone, protected by the weary bone
Just sobbing, silently inside I fear

Silently longing for all that's dear
Silently wishing you were here
And I miss you
