My Cinderella Story

Once upon a time
there existed only me
with no where to go.
Wanting my prince charming
to finally come to me.

Time passed and evil
brought misery into my story
making my heart
love the wrong person.

Wishing that I could run away
from what is tying me so
close to the person that
my heart will not be able
to give real love to.
At least not then.

When I finally met you
I knew you were the one
I wanted to be with.
You gave me butterflies to my
stomach once again.

Didn´t meet you in a ball
and never losing my glass
slipper. You made me lose
my sanity when you didn´t
know what you felt for me.

You were so confused
not sure what you wanted
to believe what was happening
deep inside you.
Unaware of the magic around you.

Time passed on and I´ve
started to lose the last
thread of patience.
You finally decide what
was happening all along.-
Giving the hope that
only corresponded to me.
