I just stood there crying,
My tears falling with the rain,
With my mind wondering
Over thoughts and memories of you.
A picture coming to me...
With that smile, you know
The one that always brought me to my knees...
That one you'd look at me with always,
But not anymore...
Pain brought to my heart,
With just realizing...
I wouldn't see that smile again.
All this as I stared after you walking away…
The only thing going through my mind then was ‘Why?’
