A mask of metal.

by Naomi   May 20, 2006

My face has been taken away by a mask.
I am a man with a metal face.
I am no longer the man I was,
I live with a new name and a new face.
None can see my face and none know my name.
My eyes are hidden so is my pain and my grief.
The world is a lonely place for me for no one can see my face.
I’ve been called many things,
a man,
a monster,
a soldier,
even a lover.
My name is unknown as is my face but I can tell this;
I show no mercy to my foes.
They will all fall for the man with the metal face.
And the lost thing they will see is a metal face,
with out any emotions and with out mercy.
They will all die until one can defeat me,
and ride me of the pain and sorrow I feel deep inside.
I pray day in day out for that some one,
to take my live and stop the suffering.
Will my battle against the mask made of metal ever be over?
I fear only time will tell.
