Blanket

A blanket of snow
covers the ground
time to come in, all of you know
when cheer is all around

if you cuddle close to your boyfriend
he may send you a kiss
and say our love will never end
when he gets up you'll say a silent wish

not silent enough
and he whispers I'll be back
without his arms your feel no longer tough
and finally he's back

you cuddle up close
with your blanket and him
and you couldn't chose
a better man then him
