Foward`s first thought plan.

by craig   Feb 16, 2004

As I was out a`walking
down some crooked road,
I spied a paper gentleman
with a plastic nose.

I hailed him, `Good a`morning.`
and bowed down to my knees,
but he just a`laughed at me
and kicked me in the teeth.

`Thats`s how my nose got stolen.`
he whispered in my ear,
but I was not a`listening
fuzzed by pain and fear.

`There`s a lesson in your servitude`
he said kissing my hand,
but I just a`walked away
as best as I could can.

If there`s a moral to this story
my erudite eyed friend,
it`s be careful of a`where you go
and of whom you show your hand.

This is a really cool poem Julia(Craig??? where did THAT come from LOL!!??) Anyway, do NOT down yourself or your poetry...I wish I could write something 1/2 as unique as this...all of my poems are mostly either about love or being bummed out...it would be entirely terrific to be able to come up with something original once in a while...but thank you much for the terrific compliment..you were even different in the way you sommented on my poems...it feels great to read something like that, and I hope my comment here gives you the same type of feeling yours gave me...feel free to email me if you like, always glad to make a friend!!! :) Luv Michelle :)
