*sigh* I know where your coming from sister. A very sad but sweet poem and i enjoyed it very much... Just a few idea's... In this line you had some typos

I wish I could make them understands
There only so much pain a heart and withstand

I wish I coudl make them UNDERSTAND
ThereS only so much pain a heart CAN withstand.

Also in a few places you got kind of wordy and it kind of messed up the flow a bit, like here you rhymed kind of funny

But what about me and how I feel
This pain is just so un-real is so hard to deal

I would have just left it at "Un-real"

Other than that an overal good job, 5/5

Second off; I love the choice of words and the flow of it, it had wonderful meaning and alot of people could relate, so another good thing. I loved it. :)

Great poem. You speak of your struggle well and how it affects your life altogether. Wonderful, keep writing. Keep your chin up, things will get better. I know you've probably heard that a lot, but they will. And thanks for oyur comment.
