I have two suggestions if you don't mind. One being that you use the word, "Away" twice in the first stanza both at the end of a sentence. It just kind of takes something away from it. Another is the extra exclaimation points in one of your stanzas, because to me, and it might just be me, but it feels as if it's shouting too much and breaks the calmness you had.

What an inspiring piece Ann for all those people struggling to cope with day to day life and situations. You give a great essence of hope in your words for those who need it and its great advice you have listed that I couldnt agree with more :o)

Sometimes Ann I just wish we could post peoples poems like these on billboards, in the newspapers, all around town..so they know there are people like you who care and continue praying and its people like you who still can make a change in someones lives with your sweet caring heart! I admire that a lot and when I'm you age...I hope to be just like you...my heart still pure gold!
