Nursery Annoymous

by President Dead   May 22, 2006

Always look,
On the bright side of life,
Try that as me,
Try stare through a knife.

The candy man can't,
Neither can I,
The world tastes bad,
It tastes like a lie.

A lie hides the truth,
When the truth is true,
If the truth is false,
That leaves a false lie for you.

False truth and true lies,
God and serenity,
This is how it is,
Not how it's meant to be.

I especially found pleasure in the line "it tastes like a lie". That line kicks ass, my friend, it says it all in a simple, clear way.
    Rock on, man.
