Bullied To The Grave

by Danka   May 22, 2006

She's the girl everyone laughs at
Who nobody wants to know
The girl everyone picks on
When they're feeling sad or low
She's laughed at for her glasses
Her hair,her clothes, her smile
We've all got deformalities
THey create our unique style
They push her round and bully her
Til she breaks down and cries
They make her feel so unwanted
She's drove to suicide
So next lesson after lunch
They race into the loo
Only to find the girl they envied
Dangling from a noose
Beside her body was a note
To say her last goodbyes
She explained the way they made her feel
The tears they never saw her cry
She said all she ever wanted
Was to be liked for who she was
Not for anything fake inside her
She went on with a simple because
It shouldn't matter what you look like
If you're fat or if you're thin
It's your personality and kindness
The character you hide within
When they read her thoughts they realised
All they had to do was say
How beautiful they really thought she was
But their envy and self-loathing led their way
If only they had said to her
How cool she seemed to be
Maybe it woudln't be this way
And she'd still be here with me
The simple words matter
They're like taking every breath
So next time you say something think,
They could be the difference between life and death.
