Brought It Up High And Brought It Down Low

by Hannah   May 23, 2006

As the fragile wind began to pick up speed,
She sought to for-fill her awful deed.
With powerless emotions ready to erupt,
She best be quick and not dare to slip up.
With the silver, slender knife sitting silently in her coat,
She wondered if this deed of evil could of ever been provoked,
For this was no planed killing, or though she was meant to think,
Because no-body could kill an innocent person there must be a missing link.
Some one wanted her to be here, they wanted her to see,
But what could it be a deceiving account of tertiary?
Her mind was working over time and then she realised,
Wasnâ??t her best friend going out to night?
If my suspicion is right then she must of lied.

As the low moon began to rise,
The wind howled and mixed with her cries,
Anxious calls of sorrow and hope,
She pulled her self up, picked up her feet,
Wondering whom her best friend was about to meet.
Swarms of ideas mixing around,
She saw a man, making no sound,
He beckoned her forward and kept eye contact,
He told her, her best friend has lied, and that was a fact.
He told her of her plan, to meet with her lover,
The lover that was loving non-other than one another.
He looked in to her eyes, a cold hard look,
For a minute he smiled was she mistook?
She ran into the dark, upset and afraid,
Ready to end that wonderful friend ship she made.

There she was,
Sitting on a wall,
Arm in arm with that stupid fool,
She trusted her, night and day,
And this is how she regained her pay?
He leaned forward,
And kissed her on the cheek,
She just stood there her face so bleak,
It was all her fault she made him do it,
And now sheâ??s taking him away bit by bit.
She stood up straight her head in there air,
Walk straightforward and her expression so bare,
She finally came within a meter of the two,
â??How could you do this to me, both of you?
You meant so much to me,
I hope that now youâ??ll take the time and see,
Your nothing to me any more and you never will be.
You caused me pain grief and terror,
I will never forgive you, neverâ??
She stopped for a second took a breath and then said
â??all in all you stupid cow,
You glad you got him? Happy now?
Well let me say I wish you all the best?
Oh come on and give it a rest,
You only used me to get to him,
And you only abused me to get to her.
Well let me say another thing,
Maybe this is the last thing a do,
But no-one can hate you both as much as I doâ??

With those words she reached for her knife
And brought it down to take her best friends life,
She cried and cried wept and cried,
She screamed and screamed â??YOU SHOULDNâ??T OF LIEDâ??
She fell to the ground the bloody knife on the floor,
â??NO ONE COULD OF DONE THIS OR HURT ME MORE,
I HOPE YOUR HAPPY BOTH OF YOU,
I HATE YOU SO MUCH AND YOU DONâ??T HAVE A CLUE!â??
And at that time her loved fell to and went to sooth her best friend,
And this is where her life did end,
She grabbed the knife and said out a loud
â??No, sheâ??s not stupid, it is I who is,
How could I believe you loved me like this?
You took my heart and gave it away,
Only to take hers today,
Maybe Iâ??m mad; maybe Iâ??m insane,
But surly Iâ??m not the one to blame?
ITS YOU IT ALWAYS HAS BEEN,
Oh god Iâ??m stupid I should have seen,
That you where never the man you said,
You only wanted to get her in bed!â??

She brought the knife high above her head
And with her last words she said,
â??Now you shall live with the guilt of two deaths,
And the words witch shall come with my last breaths,
Is your never forgiven, I never forget,
And I shall just let you live in regret,
For she was my only friend,
The only one that mattered,
We let a stupid guy get in the way,
And now look what you have to say?
To dead bodies in front of your feet?
Looks to me boy like you did itâ??
She smiled a smile, which was filled with hate,
â??Oh dear itâ??s getting lateâ??
Brought the knife highâ?¦
Brought it down lowâ?¦
And that was the last thing she did you know
